I have a black and white sock. Should Sock-Faxman invade the sock puppet theater? I can come up with a theme song and everything. Since I'm not creative, it would mostly be along the lines of "Faxman! Ring-ring-ring-ring ring-ring-ring-ring Faxman!"

Also, I can't sing. Maybe I should just sit in the back and throw socks. Every superhero should have a Secret Sock Attack.

*snicker* Excellent. I can work it in no problem . . . although actually if you start throwing socks Emily The Lace-Edged Ankle Sock may break into an impromptu chorus of "It's Raining Men," she's weird that way.

I was wondering about that--it isn't big enough for me to get more than maybe three fingers in without stretching it pretty badly. Will give it back after the show. Hope she doesn't mind the voice, it's hard to do a falsetto Southern belle.

It's more like I found a lacy ankle sock and thought up a voice for it. It's ad-lib, I'm never sure exactly what I'll need characters for. :)

I have a pair of my dad's dark socks that nearly go up to my knees. And aside from my voice not being nearly deep enough I do a pretty good James Earl Jones.

What about the black-and-white Faxman sock? Would that look enough like Han Solo's vest?

And I've got a yellow tube sock that might work for Sockwalker. I think we're going to have to script this one, though. :)

(And it occurs to me, "darn you" is pretty strong language, applied to socks.)

Yeah, but if she starts spying on her sock drawer to see what they get up to when she's not around, I'll . . . actually, probably think it's funny.

Ooh. That would be great. :) Accents I can mostly do--heh, I should see what Rahne thinks of my Sean Connery sometime--but beyond a little medical Latin and a couple of words of Welsh Grandpa taught me that my parents don't know I know, I don't know any foreign languages.
